Customize the background image

You can upload a background image in the same way as a logo in the settings, either by clicking the background field, or by using drag and drop in the gray marked area of the field.

Click on "Settings".

Next click on the index tab "Appearance" and scroll down.

The dimensions of the background image should not exceed 2000 x 2000 pixels.

Now you can select your preferred display settings of the background in the reader. In the drop down list you have the following options:

• Centered: select this option to align an image in the middle of the reader.
• Tile: select this option to display an image in the form of tiles across the entire background of the reader.
• Adjust to screen size: select this option to display an image over the entire background of the reader. Depending on the aspect ratio of the image, this is either stretched or compressed.
• Fit to screen and aspect ratio: select this option to display an image over the entire background of the reader and keep the aspect ratio of the image. Depending on your screen settings (aspect ratio / resolution) there may be parts of the image on the horizontal and vertical edges which are not displayed.

By saving the settings, the background image will be immediately available in the preview.
